The 2027 CSLP Theme
The 2027 Collaborative Summer Library Program theme puts your entire summer in detective mode. Mystery, suspense, and the thrill of the unknown — every program becomes an investigation, every book a case file, every patron a junior detective.
Alongside the brand-new Inspector Magic, every Funky Monkey Events program has a mystery angle for 2027. Story Doodles unfolds as a live mystery. Even the Balloon Workshop gets detective hats and magnifying glasses.

Unlike the adapted favorites below, Inspector Magic is a brand-new program built from the ground up for "Mysteries Await at Your Library." Something goes missing at the library, Joe plays the inspector, and every kid becomes a junior detective working together to crack the case.
