Based in Oklahoma City, we serve libraries across Oklahoma and into Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri. No travel fee in the OKC and Tulsa metros.
Coverage by region
All OKC metro libraries served with no travel fee. Includes Norman, Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, and surrounding communities.
All Tulsa metro libraries served with no travel fee. Includes Broken Arrow, Jenks, Sand Springs, Owasso, Bixby, and surrounding communities.
Muskogee, Tahlequah, McAlester, Stilwell, Sallisaw, and surrounding communities. Home of Eastern Oklahoma Library System.
Small and rural libraries across the state. We love serving rural communities — please inquire for a specific travel quote. Many rural libraries are within easy reach.
North Texas libraries including Dallas-Fort Worth, Wichita Falls, Sherman, and Texoma region. We regularly serve DFW and Texoma libraries.
South Kansas (Wichita, Dodge City), Northwest Arkansas (Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers), and Southwest Missouri (Joplin, Springfield) are within our extended range.
No travel fee for libraries within approximately 90 miles of Oklahoma City. For libraries beyond that radius, a travel fee of approximately $0.50/mile over the threshold applies. We always disclose this upfront — no surprises on your invoice.
For multi-branch systems, travel fees are calculated once for the whole week's schedule, not per show. This makes bulk booking significantly more cost-effective for distant libraries.
