Tulsa Area
Tulsa's go-to library show specialist — we build multi-branch weekly schedules and consolidate travel fees so serving your whole system costs less than you'd expect.
Serving Tulsa libraries
Tulsa City-County Library has over 20 branches across the metro — and Tulsa-area libraries often book all their shows in a single coordinated week. Joe has extensive experience building efficient multi-branch schedules: two shows per day, different programs at different branches, all routed to minimize downtime and travel.
Travel fee applies at the current IRS mileage rate and is always quoted upfront — no surprises on your invoice. For multi-branch systems, travel is consolidated across the entire weekly schedule: book 6 branches in a week and we work with you to make the routing as cost-effective as possible. One trip, multiple branches, one consolidated fee.
If you're coordinating across multiple Tulsa branches, submit one inquiry with all your branches listed. Joe will build a proposed weekly schedule and send it back for your review — one round of back-and-forth instead of a dozen separate inquiries.
